（中央社記者王淑芬高雄15日電）禽流感疫情有擴大趨勢，高市府今天召開第1次禽流感跨局處整備會議，將來配合中央跨部會及地方合作、邊境檢疫與疫情監測等，防堵疫情擴大。

高雄市前日接獲禽類屠宰場通報疑似待宰雞隻死亡，經市府動保處採樣要求全部凍存，再加強環境消毒，杜絕疫情蔓延到高雄。

市府秘書長林英斌主持禽流感跨局處整備會議指示，跨部會及地方合作、邊境檢疫與疫情監測、檢驗量能與防疫知能強化及民眾溝通及衛教4大防疫工作。

同時要強化入境旅客篩檢、辦理醫事及防疫人員專業訓練、辦理實兵及桌上模擬演練、掌握學校營養午餐食材來源、落實市場禁宰活禽管理及運用多元管道進行衛教宣導等防疫整備作為。

市府也要求農業局建立養禽場名冊，排定禽場清查及消毒行程，確實輔導並協助業者落實環境整備工作，以嚴防病毒入侵。

市府衛生局表示，民眾即使有接種流感疫苗，無論是台商或是計畫前往疫區的民眾都不可掉以輕心，落實洗手，避免接觸禽鳥類與出入活禽市場；食用雞、鴨、鵝及蛋類要熟食以避免感染。1060215

桃園市長鄭文燦昨（十）日上午在桃園區長張世威、文化局長莊秀美及市議員邱素芬等人陪同下現勘有歷史建築的舊桃園縣警局桃園分局。市長現勘後表示，舊桃園縣警局桃園分局已於一○四年公告指定為歷史建築，建物外牆使用紅色磁磚，建築式樣呈現一九七○年代警察廳舍風格。市府將按照原風格修復，保留既有風格，同時符合實用功能，並以成立新住民文化會館為發展方向，納入文化交流、法律諮詢、協會輔導、文創聚落等多元服務功能規劃，預計以一年半期程完成修復及營運計畫，暫定在明年中開工。

市長說，舊桃園分局位於桃園火車站前商圈，區位適合舉辦文創活動或提供多元服務，初步有「新住民文創聚落︱多元文化融合的新住民文創聚落」、「年輕人創客空間︱創客孵蛋器」及「體驗式警政博物館」等三大再利用方案方向。考量目前市府已規劃包括虎頭山青創基地、幼獅國際青年創業村等多座青創基地，中央警察大學校內也設有世界警察博物館，基於桃園的外籍移工及新住民家庭眾多，本案較適合成立新住民文化會館，並提供綜合性多元服務。

桃園市外籍移工約十萬人，新住民家庭約六萬五千人，中央政府推動新南向政策，桃園市的新住民家庭也擁有豐富的文創能量，是桃園市多元文化的縮影。
